All of our memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis for the various plans we have .
A notice of cancellation is required in writing by email to email@example.com 30 days in advance (for example, if canceling June 1st, written notice must be sent before May 1st).
We will be unable to process any refund if the member chose to terminate the membership before the agreed duration of membership.
Day passes are billed at the time of entry into the Nine to Five Cowork and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Monthly reservations are charged at the time of booking for the first full month or any prorated dates, and a security deposit (if required). On ending of tenure, security deposit would be refunded.
(2) FOR TIMECARD PURCHASES:
No refund is available. Timecard can be transferred at another member or to a new member. Timecards cannot be shared by members.
(3) FOR EVENT HOSTS:
If you are using a Nine to Five Cowork conference rooms, podcast room, or lounge as the venue for your event, you may cancel your event for a full refund at least 30 days in advance of your event date. The cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If your cancellation is received within the 30 – 14 days prior to your event date, then you will be refunded 50% of your event fees.
No refunds or discounts are available within 14 days of he event or once the event has begun.
(4) FOR EVENT TICKETS:
If you have purchased a ticket for a Nine to Five Cowork sponsored event, workshop or other program, you may cancel your participation at least 7 days before the start of the event for a full refund of the ticket price. The cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to email@example.com
If you cancel after 7 days before the start of the event, you will receive a Nine to Five Cowork “credit” in the amount of the full price of the ticket.
This credit can be used for future programming only. Cannot be used for conference room or podcast room rental or for membership or monthly fees.
Tickets are transferable to another party if the purchaser of the ticket is unable to attend the event.
If you have purchased a ticket for an event that is held at Nine to Five Cowork but is hosted by a separate party or organization, then you must contact that party directly regarding their refund policy.
Nine to Five Cowork is in no way responsible for the payment or refund terms for outside organizations holding events within our workspace.
A reservation is not officially cancelled until the guest receives a cancellation confirmation e-mail from Nine to Five Cowork. If the cancellation e-mail is not received, contact Us.
We may cancel your membership with immediate effect if you have breached any terms and conditions of this agreement, or membership fees or other charges remain unpaid 3 days after the due date and such a breach is not remedied by you within seven days, after being notified by us. There will be no refunds if you do not notify us as described above.
