Can I buy daily or hourly access?

We offer daily passes for the open desk space and the Lounge Space. The conference rooms can be rented by the hour, by the half day, and by the full day.

What is the cost for bonus events

Bonus events are free to Active Members unless otherwise noted on the event.

What if I do not use all of my package hours?

The unused hours do not roll over month to month.

Is there a long term commitment?

There are no contracts. Memberships are for one month. No refunds or prorations for cancelling midmonth. Billing is one month from sign up date.

How often can I switch between packages?

Packages can be upgraded at anytime. The balance due will be the difference for the upgraded packages. Downgrades or cancellations to packages happen at the next billing date.

How often will be billed? How will I be billed?

Billing will occur on the same date each month. The initial date determines all future billing dates. The billing date will change if services are upgraded midmonth.

Members are billed via credit card each month.

Are there guest or day passes?

There are guest passes available for members who have the better and best package or who are part of a team package.

Can my employees or partners use my membership?

Memberships are individual and cannot be transferred to other team members or other family members. For members that may need multiple members of team, business, or family to have access, their is a team membership available.

What happens if my card is declined or I miss a payment?

You will have 5 days to update your payment method or memberships will be automatically cancelled.

Can I try the space before I commit?

We offer tours and a one day guest pass. Free guest passes are good only for local Treasure Valley residents.

What networking opportunities are available?

Nine to Five hosts many daytime and after hours events and networking opportunities. Please check our events calendar for a list of all upcoming events.

Do you have private meeting rooms

The only private rooms available are the conference rooms and the zoom rooms.

Is Nine to Five only for women?

Nine to Five is not an exclusively female coworking space. Nine to Five has many female members and events that are female focused. We are inclusive of all in the community who are looking for a place to work and want to be part of the Nine to Five Community.

Who works at Nine to Five?

Nine to Five employs the reception staff. The members who work at Nine to Five are employed outside of the Nine to Five corporation or are self employed and not part of the Nine to Five corporation.
